I build the automation and tooling that keeps production reliable at scale. At SymphonyAI, that means owning observability across a 1000+ server estate on Azure and OCI — but more importantly, it means writing the Python and Ansible that eliminates the toil so the team doesn't have to do it manually.

In the last year: led a Zabbix 4 → 7 migration with zero monitoring gaps for 15k+ URL checks; automated daily alert digests, weekly and monthly utilisation reports across 4 customer categories — eliminating 15+ hours/week of manual data collection that used to take multiple people multiple days; and built OCI cleanup automation that identified $4,536/year in cloud waste across 20+ customer compartments while replacing a tedious manual hunt across 8 regions.

Now moving into Platform Engineering — pursuing CKA and Terraform Associate, and building IaC and containerisation projects that reflect the work, not just the certs.
